The use of this Interactive Affiliate Network's web site is conditional upon your acceptance, without modification, of all the terms and conditions provided below. Your continued use of this site communicates your acceptance of these terms.
OWNERSHIP OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
AIRFARE RESERVATIONS
If this site is used to purchase an airline ticket, specific terms and disclaimers regarding that purchase will be displayed on the reservation form. At the time the reservation is made, you will be asked to agree to those rules. If, after reading the terms and disclaimers, you do not agree to them, you will not be able to purchase the airline ticket. A service fee of $10 (USD) per ticket will be applied to your reservation.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS
Payment in Advance
If this site is used to make Special Internet Rate hotel reservation, payment in full, in advance is required.
Cancellation/Change Fee
Reservations of "Special Internet Rates" will apply a cancellation fee regardless of the timeframe of cancellation. If the cancellation is outside of the time allotted, you may be charged for one night's stay. Please read the specific cancellation policy provided for each property on the site and in any emails regarding your reservation.
If a cancellation is made in less than the time allowed in the stated cancellation policy on the site and in the email confirmation you receive, a full night's stay may be charged to the cardholder. Such a charge could be applied for any hotel reservation, not necessarily a Special Internet Rate.
CAR RESERVATIONS
If this site is used to make car rental reservations, a credit card is required to hold the reservation, but will not be charged at the time the reservation is made. Rules for car rentals vary from car to car and company to company. Please carefully read the rules provided for on the reservation form to ensure there is no confusion at the time you pick-up or drop-off the vehicle.
PRIVACY POLICY
By using this site, you agree to Interactive Affiliate Network's privacy policy. Click here to read privacy policy. Additionally, you agree that Interactive Affiliate Network Affiliates are solely responsible for their own privacy policies and that Interactive Affiliate Network has no control over how information collected by our affiliates is used. REFUND POLICY
Interactive Affiliate Network acts only as an independent agent to secure services of an air carrier, car rental supplier, hotel, or other travel related supplier. Therefore, we have no control over personnel, equipment, or operations of these suppliers and shall not be held liable for any inconvenience, personal injury, property damage, or other loss incurred as a result of any wrongful acts, omissions, or default on the part of the suppliers.
All grievances must be reported with any and all supporting documentation to Interactive Affiliate Network within 60 days of the mailing of the first credit card statement showing any discrepancies for billing and payment issues or within 60 days after completion of travel services provided.
CUSTOMER USE
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
With the exception of information that is downloaded, displayed or printed for personal, non-commercial use, this site and all contents herein may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or otherwise distributed with the express written permission of Interactive Affiliate Network.
You agree that you will not use any automatic device, program, including but not limited to "spiders", "robots", or any other methodology to monitor, process, or compare the information contained on this site with any other web site.
You agree not to interfere with the proper commercial function of this web site, and not to take any action to interfere or burden the infrastructure of the Interactive Affiliate Network site.
INDEMNIFICATION
You shall defend and indemnify Interactive Affiliate Network and any third party providers and distributors and their officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claim, cause of action or demand, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by or on your behalf in excess of the liability described in these Terms and Conditions or by third parties as a result of your use of this site.

GENERAL
This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Missouri, United States of America. You agree that any transactions resulting from your use of this site occurs in the state of Missouri and only and all disputes arising out of your use or attempted use of this web site shall be brought solely in Greene County Missouri and that Greene County Missouri shall have exclusive jurisdiction and venue.
In the event any portion of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining terms and conditions of this Agreement shall continue in effect.
This agreement, including the airfare rules or car rental, where applicable, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Interactive Affiliate Network, Inc. with respect to this web site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between the customer and Interactive Affiliate Network, Inc. with respect to this web site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
